The issuing government authority in El Centro, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide fiscal and compliance audit services. The selected consultant will prepare both draft and final fiscal compliance audit financial statements, including an independent auditor’s report, statement of revenues, expenditures and changes in fund balance, compliance statements, management letter, and any appropriate supplementary schedules.
The consultant will also review the most recent prior performance audit and assess the County’s implementation of prior audit recommendations. Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted no later than May 18, 2026.
