The government authority located in El Centro, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide fiscal and compliance audit services. The engagement includes annual financial statements and fiscal/compliance audits of Transportation Development Act (TDA) funded activities.
The selected firm will be responsible for preparing both draft and final fiscal compliance audit materials. Deliverables include an independent auditor’s report, statement of revenues, expenditures and changes in fund balance, compliance statements, a management letter, and supplementary schedules as appropriate.
All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than May 18, 2026.
