A government authority in Florida is seeking a vendor to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive financial wellness program for staff and parents. The program is intended to provide participants with practical tools, personalized coaching, and educational resources to improve personal financial management, reduce financial stress, manage debt, and support long-term economic stability.
The selected vendor will be expected to conduct an initial baseline survey to identify key financial challenges among the target population, such as student loan debt, retirement readiness, and emergency savings. Services include development of customized financial action plans, regular confidential participant check-ins, and expert guidance on repairing and improving credit scores.
The program must also include workshops, webinars, and digital resources available in English and Spanish, with Haitian Creole considered highly desirable. A secure 24/7 digital platform with strong encryption is required to protect financial data and personally identifiable information, while hosting resources, templates, and prerecorded webinars. The vendor must also provide monthly reporting on participant platform usage and aggregated, anonymized outcome data. Questions are due by May 12, 2026.
