The government authority in Montpelier, Vermont is seeking a vendor to provide financial services related to the management of its Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program. The selected provider will support the administration of the fund and help ensure proper financial oversight of loan activities.
Scope of work includes underwriting services for RLF applicants, maintaining duplicate project files for loan applications and related transactions, preparing loan agreements for borrowers, and closing loans following review. The vendor will also be responsible for collecting borrower repayments, depositing funds into a dedicated RLF account, following up on late fees or delinquencies, and preparing quarterly and annual financial statements for the RLF account.
