The government authority in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide financial advisor services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will support the management of transportation-related financial programs, debt issuances, debt portfolios, and infrastructure investments.
Services include ongoing management and oversight of existing and future debt portfolios, advising on outstanding financing instruments and new financings, and supporting legislative analysis at both the state and federal levels. The advisor will also provide services related to the current Plan of Finance, assist in the preparation and execution of debt sales, review legal documents and official statements, and provide fair market value opinions.
Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted no later than May 20, 2026.
