The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking a qualified firm or firms to provide federal public affairs services to support its Government Affairs and Policy Group. The scope of work includes strategic consulting, educational outreach to Congress and the executive branch, monitoring and reporting on federal legislation, executive agency actions, and relevant federal litigation. The contract term begins March 8, 2027, and runs through September 30, 2028, with an option to renew for up to two terms of two years each.
