A government authority in Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide facilities planning and design consulting services for the development of a new Headquarters and Operations Facility. The selected consultant will be responsible for creating a comprehensive strategic plan governing the design and construction of the facility, as well as defining the programmatic requirements for a consolidated campus.

Key deliverables include the development of a conceptual site and yard master plan, establishment of preliminary cost estimates, phasing and implementation strategies to inform Board decisions, and identification of all relevant stakeholders and project goals.
