This procurement seeks a vendor to supply outdoor-rated Direct View LED digital signage wall systems for two campus locations. The systems will include specified display dimensions, cabinet finishes, and 6.0 mm pixel-pitch resolutions.

Must have a minimum of five years of continuous experience installing and servicing dvLED systems in North America
Must be an authorized dealer, integrator, or service partner for the proposed manufacturer
Must have a service presence capable of responding on-site in Edmonton within 24 hours for warranty and support calls
Must provide a minimum of three Canadian reference installations with dvLED external walls
Must perform own measurements and provide a complete manufacturer drawing package specific to each location
Must provide separate, itemized pricing for both campus locations
Must ensure all structural framing, backing, blocking, and shimming is metal fabrication
Must provide a minimum 3-year manufacturer's product warranty issued directly by the manufacturer
Must have staff trained and certified to use any equipment utilized for installation
Must ensure the system is UL/cUL or ETL listed and RoHS compliant
