Key responsibilities include developing audience-specific messaging for stakeholders such as governments, funders, ecosystem partners, employers, and communities. The selected vendor will provide guidance on translating evidence, data, and outcomes into clear and compelling narrative formats, including concise executive summaries tailored for senior decision makers and funders.

Additional deliverables include the creation of a structured message house for rapid deployment across various initiatives, developing strategic communications content for key initiatives, and supporting the Collaborative Economic Development Roadmap. The firm will also lead policy outreach and engagement with governments and institutions to advance economic development strategies.
