Event Management Support Services

North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide event management and comprehensive project/program management support services for its Medicaid transformation initiatives. The selected vendor will assist in the oversight and execution of key projects by offering expertise in strategic planning, portfolio and risk management, policy and program governance, and configuration control.

Responsibilities will include delivering program and project management support, developing and managing requirements, and providing management advisory services. Additional tasks encompass strategic communications, administrative support, concept development, and in-depth data management and analysis. The goal is to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of Medicaid transformation efforts through skilled management and coordination.
