Vendor needs to provide event booking and promotion services on an as needed basis. Perform live event booking and promotion services for the agency. Provide examples of the variety of artists and venues they have programmed and cultivated relationships with. Up to six qualified firms will be selected to book and promote one to three events each at the agency performance venues, as deemed best qualified based on the performers of interest to the agency. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
