DESCRIPTION

The Alabama Department of Mental Health (ADMH) is seeking an experienced individual or entity to serve as the independent evaluator for the State Opioid Response IV (SOR4) grant. The evaluator will support ADMH in assessing the implementation, effectiveness, outcomes, and impact of SOR4-funded activities, including substance use treatment, recovery support, and overdose prevention strategies. Deliverables include an evaluation plan, quarterly and annual reports, and presentations. The initial contract period is from the date of the signed contract through September 30, 2027, with the possibility of a one-year extension.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in evaluation
Must be registered with the Alabama Secretary of State Office
Must enroll and actively participate in E-Verify
Must register with the State of Alabama Accounting and Resource System (STAARS) Vendor Self Service
