(1) Vendor needs to provide ethics hotline and investigative solution implementation service.– Provide a separate, third–party investigator that can be used for conflict of interest or other high–risk investigations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
