(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP project management advisory services to the government authority located in Virginia. • Provide advisory services in support of a migration to a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. • Technical Readiness Assessment (covering integrations, data migration, and system configuration) • Implementation Strategy Assessment Report • Proposed Engagement Approach (including on–site vs. remote balance) • Recommended personnel and skill set for implementation and ongoing support • Suggested staffing adjustments to support knowledge transfer, change management, and sustainability • Organizational structure recommendations for long–term ERP maintenance and support • Future–state ERP support model outlining ongoing roles, responsibilities, and capacity needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and identify any remaining gaps in business processes that the new ERP system should address. • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for the ERP system, including features, integrations, data migration needs, and system architecture. • Software licensing, system integration services, project management, training, change management, and ongoing maintenance. • ERP Readiness Roadmap • Implementation Options Analysis Report • ERP and related data (financials, payroll, HR, procurement, assets, and other relevant areas) to identify potential data quality issues that could impact migration to a new system.
