DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide monitoring, evaluation, and learning services focused on equality, diversity, and inclusion in science and health. The selected partner will evaluate the effectiveness and impact of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Science (EDIS) initiatives over time, inform the consultation process for developing a new member offer, and support the design, uptake, and assessment of this offering.
The vendor will also be responsible for evaluating the delivery and evolution of three workstreams, embedding learning into ongoing program development and decision-making, and assisting in demonstrating measurable impact to members, stakeholders, and funders. The partnership aims to drive organizational and sector-wide learning, shaping the continuous development of the initiative through evidence-based evaluation and feedback.
