The province of Ontario is seeking a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for a contract term of seven years. The required solution should support a wide range of operational functions, including human resources, finance, payroll, and asset management.
Key functionalities expected from the ERP system include budgeting and planning, treasury and cash management, fixed asset management, recruitment and onboarding, and both employee and manager self-service. Additional requirements encompass benefits management, compensation management, performance management, finance billing for physicians and patients, patient trust accounting, accounts payable, employee expense management, and tax management.
