(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software consulting services.– Consultant will work closely with staff, leadership, and stakeholders across all affected departments to assess the current ERP environment and provide recommendations that align with best practices, public sector requirements, and long–term strategic goals.• Consulting services include– Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the agency’s existing ERP environment, associated systems, and business processes.– Facilitating stakeholder engagement and governance processes to define system requirements and priorities.– Developing draft content and providing advisory input for an RFP for ERP software and implementation services, which will be issued and managed solely by agency.– Assisting the agency’s in evaluating and selecting the ERP vendor and integrator.– Supporting the agency in contract negotiations with the selected vendor.– Developing an implementation roadmap and action plan.– Optionally providing client–side project management support during ERP implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025(3) The contract period will be for three years.
