(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning project management advisory services. – Provide advisory services in support of migration to the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project management advisory services, including implementation strategy development, cost estimation, and procurement support for migrating a legacy on–premises Oracle E–Business Suite ERP system to a modern cloud–based solution utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud as the core financial system. · Ensure system sustainability by aligning technology, staffing, and business processes with the most cost–effective solutions. · Establish a clear roadmap and cost estimate that enables informed decision–making by agency leadership. · Recommend an effective implementation strategy, including evaluation of phased versus full deployment options. · Assist in the development of a clear, comprehensive, and competitive Implementation Services RFP for selecting a System Integrator (SI) and associated implementation services. · Assist in the evaluation of proposals received · Assist in contract negotiations with a selected proposer (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2025.
