DESCRIPTION


The agency seeks a vendor to provide a complete turnkey enterprise communications and contact center modernization solution. The engagement will include licensing, implementation, migration services, project management, testing, training, documentation, and post-production support to transition the agency’s enterprise communications environment to a cloud-based platform.

The work includes discovery and assessment of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, the existing contact center environment, E911 services, call routing, and dial plans. Vendors will be expected to design a cloud communications architecture with softphone and mobile app capabilities, modern multichannel contact center functionality, high availability, resiliency, disaster recovery, local survivability during cloud outages, optimized call queues, and E911 capabilities.

Required licensing includes 2,500 cloud calling licenses, 155 standard contact center agent licenses, and 25 premium contact center agent licenses. Migration services will cover users, devices, and voicemail, including existing greetings, messages, configurations, and user settings where supported. Contact center capabilities must include voice, email, text, chat, callback, interactive voice response, supervisor dashboards, call recording, and queue management. The project will also address integrations, hardware, testing and validation, knowledge transfer, and project management.
