The scope includes evaluating leadership, governance, accountabilities, management review and assurance mechanisms; asset management decision-making, including decision criteria, value frameworks, lifecycle cost, and asset-related risk; lifecycle management and planning across enterprise, distribution, and transmission operations; data, information, and knowledge management; and risk and opportunity management, including corporate risk alignment, climate considerations, resilience, and contingency planning. The contract period will be one year.
