(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services for wastewater conveyance and treatment projects to the government authority located in Kittery, ME.– Have in–house staff or confirmed sub–consultants licensed and experienced in performing any other design services that may be necessary to successfully complete the projects or scope of services required for each project;– • Facility name and location; • Permitted total nitrogen limit; • Dates for design period; • Date construction complete; • Cost of construction including bid price and all change orders, and; • A summary of operations since construction complete, including any permit exceedances. (2) All question must be submitted no later than March 2, 2026.
