(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Redding, CA. – Provide engineering services for storm drain master plan update. – Provide all contract management and quality control services. – Develop a quality assurance and quality control program including a formal project specific quality plan. – Relevant reports, studies, master plans, GIS data, maps, HEC–1 and HEC–RAS models and other data gathered from meeting with staff. – Provide survey services, as necessary, to support the development and refinement of the hydrologic and hydraulic models. – Update watershed boundaries, hydrologic parameters, and land–use conditions (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026.
