(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in North Carolina.– Preparing the final design and construction bid package in conformance with applicable regulations and requirements.– Conducting the pre–construction conference.– Surveying (including existing drainage easement), field staking, on–site review of construction work, and preparation of inspection reports. Surveying to include boundary surveys of housing lots as needed for housing assistance.– Conducting final inspection, approval of completed construction work, and preparation of related closeout construction documents.
