(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering professional services to the government authority located in Dover, NJ. – proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services related to engineering, architecture, surveying and construction engineering management.– Assist the town in the preparation of site analysis and planning, schematic concept development, preliminary and final design plans, development of contract documents establishing the scope and general requirements of the project, evaluating and specifying building materials, and writing specifications that conform to industry standards in style and format, building construction observation, and construction administration. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
