(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering, planning, design, procurement, construction and project management services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX.– Bacteriological testing (Total Coliform, E. coli and related methods);– Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD);– Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and related solids parameters;– Ammonia, nitrate/nitrite, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chlorite– Develop an engineering–based lab for a drinking water and wastewater, as either a new facility or a renovation of an existing City facility.– Project initiation, data collection, and needs assessment.– Site and/or building assessment and feasibility evaluation.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026.
