Vendor needs to provide engineering design services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA. – Landscape design, park enhancements and amenities. – Operations and maintenance plan, and monitoring plan. – Preparation of construction cost estimates and construction schedules. – Data gathering, site reconnaissance, and analysis. – Preliminary design. – Grant support services. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
