(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design, project management and construction management services to the government authority located in Wilmington, CA.– Perform data collection, mapping and surveying necessary for preliminary engineering, design, cost estimates, and the level of environmental clearance.– Provide topographic survey and utility location survey services.– Design and plan to address water, fire, demolition, soil, grading, striping, fencing, paving, sewer, storm drain, or oil related issues or requirements and any other issues and requirements applicable to Project completion.– Develop electrical design plans including single line diagrams.– Include monitoring construction contractor performance in order to facilitate safe and successful completion of the construction.– Develop records that document pre–construction conference attendance and minutes of the pre–construction conference.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 1, 2025.
