Vendor needs to provide engineering consulting services to the government authority located in Shirley, MA. – Engineering firm to examine the project area and design bid ready recommendations additions or improvements to the sidewalks, streets, intersections, etc. – Consultant, Steering Committee, and town staff will collect project data, including: public input from residents, GIS data, traffic reports, studies, utility surveys, crash data, roadway safety audits, right–of–way plans, traffic counts, field surveys, base plans, other data related to current sidewalk, bicycle lane, and roadway intersection conditions. – Collection and review of Town's current housing policies, multifamily housing overlay district, and maximum buildout traffic impacts for vehicles and vulnerable road users.
