(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and architectural services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ. – Provide architectural and engineering firms with historic preservation expertise to develop a preservation plan, provide design development and manage stage 1 of construction. – Assess the current structural and architectural condition of the building, identify necessary repairs and historic preservation measures, and provide a phased implementation plan for rehabilitation with cost estimates. – Conduct a structural evaluation of the current architectural and structural conditions of the courthouse and annex. – Identify and document previous repair interventions and remaining historic features of the courthouse and annex. – Provide a detailed report with photographic documentation of existing conditions. – Ensure the recommendations are in compliance with local, state, and federal historic preservation standards and guidelines, and maintain the courthouse and annex’s eligibility for inclusion. – Provide design and concept development, with options for consideration for the entire project to guide construction stages. – Provide quarterly written reports regarding progress throughout the project. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid onsite visit will be held on February 11, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
