(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive analysis of emerging and established energy technologies, including solar, nuclear, hydrogen, geothermal, wind, and other innovations– This analysis will include an assessment of site suitability, regulatory pathways, infrastructure needs, environmental considerations, and regional demand.– Proficiency in emerging energy technologies, including green hydrogen, microgrids, battery storage, advanced nuclear systems, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)–driven energy optimization– Commitment to resilience and climate adaptation, with expertise in designing energy systems that address wildfire risk, extreme heat, and overall grid stability.– Alignment with decarbonization and circular economy principles, emphasizing low–carbon materials, sustainable infrastructure, and resource–efficient development– Integration of smart city and advanced energy solutions, such as real–time energy monitoring, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, distributed energy resources, and data–informed planning tools.– Support for local workforce development, ensuring that clean energy initiatives create pathways for skilled labor in construction, installation, maintenance, operations, and related trades.– Promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation, including efforts to attract start–ups, research institutions, and technology firms focused on clean energy and sustainability.– Comprehensive understanding of local government and business needs, including regulatory, operational, and community considerations unique to the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
