The government authority in Carlsbad, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide energy conservation measures audit, design, and construction services. The work will be delivered in multiple stages and is intended to identify, develop, and implement energy efficiency improvements across agency sites.
During the energy audit stage, the selected firm will assess agency facilities, recommend energy conservation measures, and prepare cost estimates for the proposed improvements. The agency will then determine, at its sole discretion, which energy conservation measures will move forward.
During the design services stage, the awarded firm will prepare designs for the selected energy conservation measures based on the audit findings. During the construction services stage, the firm will construct the approved measures that were developed during the design phase. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by May 21, 2026.
