Seeking vendor for managed end user support services including service desk, desk-side support, and endpoint management for laboratory users in Illinois.
Vendor needs to provide end user support. On premise managed services that interact with laboratory end–users, including Service Desk, desk–side support, Endpoint Management, and coordinated Computing equipment repairs. These services should employ standard Service Desk and Desktop metrics such as those used by the Help Desk Institute. The Service Desk may be a hybrid solution leveraging both on and off–premises resources.
