The government authority in Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide employee benefits consultant services. The selected consultant will support ongoing benefit plan selection, cost-effectiveness analysis, employee education, and compliance with applicable benefits laws and regulations.
The scope includes conducting monthly meetings, presenting utilization and claims reports, analyzing trends, and recommending strategies for cost containment and plan selection. The compensation structure for core benefits consulting must be fee-based, with no commissions or incentives tied to core benefit plans.
