Provide comprehensive Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) for all district employees and eligible family members.
Deliver culturally competent, identity-affirming mental health and wellbeing support.
Implement a clinical need-based counselling model without generalized session limits.
Support program marketing and promotion to increase employee participation rates.
Demonstrate program efficacy related to wellbeing, safety, attendance, and user satisfaction.
Ensure eligibility begins immediately upon employment, including casual, temporary, and on-call staff.
Offer 24/7/365 toll-free and online access.
Achieve a <=30 second answer time and provide access to clinically supervised triage.
Provide first clinical response within 12 hours and first appointment within 48 hours.
Offer services in employees' preferred languages, including English, French, and multilingual/translation services.
