The issuing agency is seeking an electronic health record system to support a broad ambulatory care environment. The requested solution must provide a comprehensive platform that includes electronic medical records, practice management, revenue cycle capabilities, telehealth, mobile access, and patient portal functionality.
The solution is expected to be proven at scale in large, multisite ambulatory settings and to support both immediate operational readiness and long-term growth. Required capabilities include decision support, care gap identification, registries, risk stratification, quality measurement and reporting, automated outreach, integrated care planning tools, and seamless data exchange at scale.
The platform must also support agency-based integration and connectivity with hospitals, specialty partners, and community organizations. A cloud-based deployment is required for ambulatory practices, covering all specified service modules. The anticipated contract term is one year, and questions are due by June 3, 2026.
