Election Judge Texting Solution

The State of Maryland is seeking a turnkey two-way texting solution to facilitate emergency communications with election judges during the gubernatorial election cycle. The required system will enable election judges in the field to receive and report emergency instructions, share information, and report threats or concerning activities in real time.

This solution should support emergency situational awareness and resource management, ensuring timely and effective communication during crisis or emergent situations. Multiple users must be able to access the platform concurrently. Preference will be given to smart texting systems incorporating keyword functionality, enhancing the ability to quickly identify and address urgent matters.
