The Jackson VA Medical Center is seeking qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) for the EHRM TASS construction project (Project #586-22-703). The selected contractor will provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, and transportation required to complete general construction, renovation, demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, radiation protection, fire protection, and telecommunication work as specified in the project documentation.
This contract is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside, with at least 15 percent of contract performance costs required to be incurred by employees of the contractor or other eligible SDVOSB concerns. The award will be a firm-fixed price construction contract, and the anticipated magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The period of performance is 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
Participation requires proper registration in the SBA VetCert portal and the SAM database, with all representations and certifications complete prior to the solicitation due date. A bid bond is required with the proposal, and performance and payment bonds will be required post-award. Solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, will be posted electronically; no hard copies will be provided. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring for updates and amendments.
