DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide education and outreach coordinator services for a government authority in Connecticut. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a regional waste diversion education and outreach program targeting municipalities and K–12 institutions.

The contractor will create educational content in print, web, video, and social media formats, and coordinate outreach events throughout the region. Building and maintaining partnerships with local government, public schools, and private industry is required. Additional tasks include researching industry trends, identifying opportunities for program improvement or cost savings, developing programming materials, documenting best practices, and engaging diverse audiences professionally. The contract period is set for one year.
