The selected vendor will provide economic development strategic plan services to deliver a comprehensive assessment of the current economic development landscape. The plan will identify future opportunities, review existing incentives and gaps in services, assess partnerships that support growth, and address staffing and resource needs for the Economic and Downtown Development Department to execute the plan effectively.
