DESCRIPTION


The purpose of this RFP is to procure an Econolite video detection solution for roadway applications. The required system must be capable of detecting vehicles, bicycles, and motorcycles on roadways by processing video images. It should provide critical features such as vehicle presence detection, traffic flow data reporting, event alarms, and full–motion video to support real–time traffic control and management systems.

The management software is required to be a Windows-based application, compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
