E-Commerce Website Configuration, Customization, Hosting, and Operations Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an e-commerce suite and deliver configuration, customization, hosting, and ongoing operation of an e-commerce website. The solution must support a tailored user experience based on customer type and provide access to product information, inventory levels, store locations, current promotions, upcoming events, and other agency information. The website must also allow customers to place orders for pickup from participating outlets, review order history, and opt in to specialized advertising and promotions.

The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing environments for development, testing, and production, as well as deploying the solution into the production environment. The platform must interface with the agency's NextGen system, which is based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and support integration with externally hosted eGift card and customer loyalty programs. Marketing staff must be able to interact with licensees, brokers, and vendors within product workflows and provide customer support through the system.

In addition, the vendor must ensure adequate compute, storage, and communications resources to maintain an acceptable end-user experience. The scope also includes support for testing and configuration validation during scheduled upgrades to the NextGen environment, implementation of future system enhancements, and delivery of standard user and administrator documentation in editable format. A vendor conference is scheduled for May 19, 2026, and questions are due by June 5, 2026.
