The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) requires professional design services for the replacement of two existing Reznor heating units (heating, cooling, and controls) at the Iowa Correctional Institution for Women (ICIW) IPI Building in Mitchellville, Iowa. The project involves design, pre-construction, construction services, and close-out for two units: one serving approximately 9,000 square feet and the other serving approximately 21,000 square feet. The scope includes building heating, cooling, controls, electrical, exhaust, air supply/louvers, equipment pads, and ductwork. The contract will be a modified ConsensusDoc 803.
