The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking qualified sources to provide comprehensive lifecycle application management services for its legacy systems. The scope includes management and support for the Contract Support System (CSS), Contractual Online Procurement System (COPS), Financial Accounting and Budget System (FABS), and the DITCO Web.
