This RFP seeks to modernize and enhance Belgium's digital signage infrastructure by acquiring an integrated display solution and a centralized content orchestration platform. The primary objective is to deliver improved operational flexibility, centralized content control, enhanced visual communication, and simplified system management for enterprise environments.
The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, and installing various elements, including wall-mounted integrated digital signage screen units, kiosk-type units, a centralized content orchestration platform (software), and all necessary accessories, licenses, mounting equipment, and related components. The digital signage players must support HTML5-based applications, hardware-accelerated media playback, and be designed for continuous, professional 24/7 use. Features required include solid-state design with no moving parts, support for removable storage such as micro SD cards, automatic application loading and configuration, and comprehensive remote management capabilities.
The content orchestration platform must be a proven solution within enterprise digital signage environments, support continuous operation, and offer compatibility with remote monitoring and management tools.
