DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization is seeking qualified and experienced firms to provide digital sign supplies and replace an existing LED panel display. The selected vendor will be responsible for removing and replacing the digital display sign with a new system that meets or exceeds the performance of the current installation.
Scope of work includes removal of old panels, related components, and cabinets, while the old panels and controllers will remain. The vendor will also be expected to install and set up the new signage and provide any needed training on system use.
The replacement sign should fit the existing power configuration and dimensions with minimal overlap or border. Desired technical specifications include a minimum 10mm (P10) pitch, with 8mm (P8) preferred; brightness of 6,500 nits or higher with automatic brightness adjustment; and contrast of 3,000:1 or higher, with stronger performance preferred for visibility in sunny conditions.
