The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive digital ecosystem redesign and development platform. The engagement includes three interconnected components: redesign and development of its websites, replacement of its current customer relationship management (CRM) platform and partner extranet, and replacement of its email marketing platform.
The website redesign and development component will support a primary digital platform that receives approximately 2.1 million sessions annually, with 70–80% of traffic coming from mobile devices. The site serves multiple audiences and functions as a consumer trip-planning resource, a business-to-business destination sales tool, a partner visibility platform, and an organizational communications hub.
The CRM, partner extranet, and data migration component is described as the most operationally complex part of the engagement. Required capabilities include account and contact management, communication tracking and partner engagement, content activity and partner benefit tracking, and website content integration. The email marketing platform must include an intuitive template builder for staff use without developer support, deep CRM integration for list management and segmentation, advanced audience segmentation, and support for automated communication journeys.
