SUMMARY

Kentucky is seeking a three-year digital platform to centralize student data, instructional monitoring, and evidence-of-learning workflows. The solution must integrate academic data sources, support student digital portfolios, and enable rubric-based panel scoring for defenses of learning.

DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a digital data solution to monitor and evaluate instructional systems through a comprehensive student data framework. The platform is intended to help ensure students achieve at least one year of academic growth and close grade-level gaps at an accelerated pace. It must aggregate traditional academic data sources such as iReady, Infinite Campus, district and school-based assessments, historical screening data, standards-based grading, and intervention data, while also supporting direct user input and data import/export capabilities.

In addition to data aggregation, the solution must serve as a high-capacity digital hub for student artifacts and evidence of learning. Required capabilities include a student-facing digital backpack for uploading, tagging, and organizing multimedia artifacts such as video, audio, PDFs, and Google Drive or Workspace links; built-in self-reflection tools; and rubric-based alignment to success skills. The system must also support defense-of-learning workflows for grades 5, 8, and 12, including panel management, real-time scoring, feedback submission, competency dashboards, and visualization of success skills.

The requested platform must provide a single-pane-of-glass view through bi-directional synchronization between Infinite Campus and third-party data sources. The contract term is expected to be three years.
