(1) Vendor needs to provide design support services to the government authority located in Oceanside, CA.– Responsible for the design, management, and construction of capital improvement projects and land development projects.– Providing a comprehensive range of professional engineering support services. Services may include engineering design, technical review, and oversight services.– Including the preparation and review of plans, specifications, cost estimates, calculations, and supporting technical documents for capital improvement and land development projects.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 8,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
