(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in East Hartford, CT.– Design services to provide proposal–ready construction drawings and specifications, construction management and administration, and final commissioning if necessary. • Design will comply with state and local codes for mechanical, electrical and structural. • Develop the selected design into proposal–ready construction documents and specifications. • Assist with proposal phase support and contractor selection as required. • Provide construction phase and administrative services as necessary to ensure a successful project outcome. • Perform site visits and attendance at meetings to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications documents. (2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 11, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.
