(1) Vendor needs to provide design professional services for student building renovation to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ. – The consultant will confirm field conditions and complete programming. – The engineering consultant shall coordinate to provide infrastructure of AV and IT, data and security with the college selected vendors. – Upon approval of the design, the consultant will proceed with construction documents of sufficient detail and quality to allow public bids for the work. Budget revisions, as necessary, shall be included. – The consultant will assist the district during the bid period by issuing any necessary addenda, reviewing prior approval requests, etc. – The consultant will provide contractor with assistance as necessary in interpreting the construction documents, issuing supplemental instructions, proposal requests, change orders, reviewing shop drawings, construction observation, and providing punch lists and close-out assistance. (2) Pre-bid meeting will be held on January 26, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
